Abstract	Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je opisati tehnološke činitelje, analizirati ekonomske rezultate i utvrditi tržišne mogućnosti ekološke proizvodnje pira na OPG-u Nedjeljko Bošnjak iz Lacića u razdoblju od 2014. do 2017. godine. Sastavljenim analitičkim kalkulacijama prikazani su troškovi i prihodi te je izračunat i utvrđen pozitivan financijski rezultat s najvećom dobiti u 2014. godini koja je iznosila 6.499 kn/ha, dok je najmanja dobit ostvarena u 2017. godini, a iznosila je 1.009 kn/ha. Relativni pokazatelji uspješnosti proizvodnje prikazuju kretanje ekonomičnosti i rentabilnosti te učinak rada na gospodarstvu. Izračunatim koeficijentom ekonomičnosti koji se kretao od 1,63 do 1,12 te stopom rentabilnosti od 63,48% do 11,93% proizvodnja pira se smatra ekonomski opravdanom.
Abstract (english)	The aim of this graduate thesis was to describe technological factors of production, analyse economic results and determine market opportunities of organic spelt production on family farm Nedjeljko Bošnjak from Lacići in the period from 2014 to 2017. The compiled analytical calculations show expenses and revenues, and a positive financial result with the highest income in 2014 amounted to 6,499 kn/ha, while the lowest profit was realized in 2017 and amounted to 1,009 kn/ha. Relative indicators of production show cost – effectiveness, profitability and labour productivity on family farm. The calculated economic coefficient ranging from 1.63 to 1.12 and a profitability rate of 63.48% to 11.93% spelt production is considered economically justified.
