Abstract
U ovom radu predstavljene su četiri metode diskontiranih novčanih tokova koje se koriste za ocjenu financijske profitabilnosti investicijskih projekata. Na samom početku rada istaknuta je vremenska vrijednost novca te je na jednostavnim primjerima prikazano zašto je bitno diskontiranje novčanih tokova na čemu metode iz ovog rada počivaju. Metoda neto sadašnje vrijednosti i metoda interne stope profitabilnosti su temeljne metode financijskog odlučivanja. Stoga su te dvije metode detaljnije... More objašnjene. Primjena svake metode ilustrirana je na primjerima te su uspoređeni rezultati ocjene profitabilnosti projekata iz primjera među metodama. Analizirani su nedostaci svake metode kao i neki kontradiktorni rezultati među metodama te se pokušalo objasniti zbog čega do toga dolazi. U posljednjem poglavlju su izneseni i analizirani problemi na koje se nailazi prilikom prikupljanja podataka koji su potrebni za primjenu metoda. Na samom kraju rada diskutiran je problem inflacije i način kako ju uključiti u procjenu profitabilnosti. Less
Abstract (english)
This thesis will review four discounted cash flow methods, which are used to assess the financial profitability of investment projects. At the very beginning, the time value of money is pointed out. Simple examples show why it is important to discount cash flows, on which the methods from this thesis are based. The net present value method and the internal rate of return method are fundamental methods of financial investment appraisal. Therefore, these two methods are explained in more... More detail. All methods are explained using illustrative examples and the results gained from different methods regarding the profitability assessment of the projects from the examples were compared. An assessment of every method has been made and it has been discussed why profitability assessment of projects based on different methods can lead to contradictory results.
