Abstract
Biosenzor je uređaj koji biokemijsku reakciju pretvara u električni analogni signal koji se može obrađivati, analizirati, pohranjivati i dr. Biosenzor se sastoji od pretvornika i bioreceptora. Pretvornik može biti senzor, elektroda ili drugi osjetilni element. Bioreceptor je temelj selektivnosti biosenzora a predstavlja element organskog podrijetla koji je sposoban djelovati na određeni analit i izazvati mjerljivu reakciju. Najčešće korišteni bioreceptori su enzimi i antitijela koji su opisani... More u ovom radu. Biosenzori se uz podjelu prema bioreceptorima mogu razvrstati i po tipu odzivnog signala na elektrokemijske, piezoelektrične, optičke i temperaturne biosenzore. Najčešće korišteni biosenzor je glukometar. Glukometar je amperometrijski biosenzor koji čini 85% današnjeg tržišta biosenzora. Ovaj rad sadržava podjelu biosenzora prema tipu odzivnog signala, njihov princip rada te najčešće korišteni bioreceptori. Less
Abstract (english)
Biosensor is a device that transforms the biochemical reaction into an electrical analog signal that can be processed, analyzed, stored, etc. The biosensor consists of transducers and bioreceptors. The transducer can be a sensor, electrodes or other sensory element. Bioreceptor is the basis of biosensor selectivity and is an element of organic origin capable of acting on a particular analyte and causing a measurable reaction. The most commonly used bioreceptors are the enzymes and antibodies... More described in this paper. Biosensors can be classified by type of response signal to electrochemical, piezoelectric, optical and temperature biosensors. The most commonly used biosensor is a glucose meter.
