Abstract
Istraživanje prisutnosti peludnih zrnaca breze (Betula spp.) u zraku na području Osijeka provedeno je u razdoblju od ožujka do lipnja 2016. godine. Koncentracije peludi mjerene su pomoću Burkardovog volumetrijskog aparata. Polinacija breze počela je u ožujku, dok su najviše koncentracije peludnih zrnaca breze zabilježene u travnju. Glavni čimbenik koji je utjecao na prisutnost peludnih zrnaca breze u zraku istraživanog područja bila je relativna vlažnost zraka. S obzirom da je pelud breze... More izrazito alergena, a primijećene su varijabilnosti u dužini trajanja i intenzitetu njene polinacije, nužno je provoditi sustavno mjerenje koncentracije peludi ove biljne vrste kako bi se pravovremeno informirala javnost i spriječile ili bar ublažile zdravstvene poteškoće uzrokovane njihovim alergenim djelovanjem. Abstract (english)
The investigation of airborne birch (Betula spp.) pollen grains in the area of Osijek was carried out from March to June 2016. Pollen grains were sampled with a Burkard volumetric spore trap. Birch pollination started in March while the highest concentration of pollen grains was recorded in April. Relative humidity was the most important factor for the occurrence of birch pollen grains in the atmosphere. Since the birch pollen grains has a high allergenic potential and significant...
