This paper is describing the concept of inventive management and the impact of managers on employees in order to create a successful modern organization. Every company must have clear and defined goals behind which there are good executives, leaders or managers. In addition to the knowledge, skills and talents that a manager possesses, a good manager must develop their approach to leadership that corresponds to their human and character traits. The classical management training puts "hard" managerial knowledge and skills in the foreground, while, at present, more attention is paid to "soft" topics such as organizational climate, leadership style, communication, motivation, teamwork. If we want a successful organization where employees strive to be efficient, give their best and achieve exceptional results, an inventive manager is necessary in order to recognize, appreciate, and encourage workers, to help them develop and to do what they are best at. An inventive manager will try to create a positive working atmosphere, especially in conditions when changes are expected. The effectiveness of an organisation from the inside and from the outside depends on communicating, motivating and reflecting good interpersonal relationships within an organization. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the importance of the inventive manager's role for the entire organization, for both employees and for their behaviour and working environment.
