Abstract
Radom je opisan postupak glodanja. Prilikom izrade alata za glodanje treba paziti na geometriju alata, materijal od kojega će se alat izraditi, ali prije svega treba voditi računa i o materijalu koji će se obrađivati. Prikazane su različite naprave za prihvat i stezanje obradaka te su za svaku navedeni prednosti i nedostatci. Također su date različite izvedbe glodalica te je svaka od njih objašnjena. Objašnjeno je koji sve parametri utječu na izradu tehnološkog postupka te da su tri najvažnija parametra obrade glodanjem brzina rezanja, dubina rezanja te posmak. Ovisno o ovim parametrima definira se i tehnološki postupak, u ovom slučaju na primjeru izrade kalupa za gitaru.
Abstract (english)
The milling procedure is described in this final paper. When making milling tools, care should be taken of the geometry of the tool, the material from which the tool will be made, but above all, the material to be processed. Various attachment and clamping devices are shown and for each of the advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. Different versions of the milling machine are also given and each of them is explained. It is explained which parameters affect the technological process and that the three most important parameters of the cutting process are the cutting speed, cutting depth and feed rate. Depending on these parameters, a technological process is also defined, in this case the example of making a guitar mold.
