Abstract
Tema ovog rada je „Osnovne tehnologije modificiranja površinskih slojeva“ iz kolegija Toplinska obrada. U nastavku rada obraditi će se procesi cementiranja, nitriranja i karbonitriranja. Cementiranje se definira kao obogaćivanje površinskog sloja ugljikom toplinsko-kemijskom obradom modificiranja površine. Primjenjuje se kod strojnih dijelova koji su izloženi površinskom trošenju i visokim dinamičkim naprezanjima što zahtjeva visoku tvrdoću na površini te visoku žilavost jezgre. Nitriranje predstavlja proces u kojem se površinski sloj čelika difuzijom obogaćuje atomima dušika u cilju povećanja tvrdoće i otpornosti na trošenje, zatim otpornosti na koroziju kao i povećanje dinamičke čvrstoće. Karbonitriranje je toplinsko-kemijska obrada pri kojoj se čelični površinski slojevi u austenitnom stanju obogaćuju istodobno ugljikom i dušikom. Nakon karbonitriranja predmet se gasi u ulju ili vodi i niskotemperaturno popušta. Navedenim procesom postiže se veća otpornost na trošenje, otpornost na adhezijsko trošenje i korozijska postojanost. U četvrtom poglavlju objasniti će se kontrola svojstava modificiranih površina pri čemu je bitno odrediti dubinu modificiranog sloja i tvrdoću površinskog sloja kako bismo mogli provjeriti promjenu svojstava u željenom smislu.
Abstract (english)
The title of this papir is "The basic technology for modifying the surface layers" from the case of Heat treatment. In continuation of the paper there will be explaned processes of cementation, nitriding and carbonitriding. Cementing is defined as the enrichment of the surface layer of the carbon heat-chemical treatment to modify the surface. It is used for machine parts that are exposed to surface wear and high dynamic stresses, which requires a high hardness of the surface and high toughness core. Nitriding is a process in which the steel surface layer by diffusion of atoms of nitrogen enriched in order to increase the hardness and wear resistance, then the corrosion resistance and increased fatigue strength. Quenching the thermal-chemical treatment in which the steel surface layer of the austenitic state at the same time enriching the carbon and nitrogen. After carbonitriding object goes out in oil or water and low flow temperature yields. The aforementioned process enables greater wear resistance, resistance to adhesive wear and corrosion stability. The fourth chapter will explain the control properties of modified surfaces where it is important to determine the depth of the modified layer and the hardness of the surface layer so that we can verify the change in the properties of the desired effect.
