Abstract
U radu su prikazane opće i konstrukcijske značajke navojnih vretena kao jednih od sustava za prijenos snage i gibanja. U uvodu su prikazane glavne karakteristike navojnih vretena kao vijčanih spojeva. Razrađena su karakteristične sile i naprezanja koja se javljaju u navojnim vretenima pri radu. U radu je prikazana podjela navojnih vretena, prednosti i nedostaci, njihove karakteristična i područja primjene. Dio rada je posvećen podmazivanju, kao bitnoj komponenti kvalitetnog rada navojnih vretena, vrstama maziva i načinima primjene. Također su obrađena dva najčešća načina izrade navojnih vretena i njihove karakteristike. U drugom dijelu na temelju zadanih parametara opterećenja izvršen je proračun ručne dizalice čija je glavna komponenta navojno vreteno i matica. Na kraju su spomenuta glavna pravila pri izradi tehničke dokumentacije pomoću kojih su izrađeni crteži ručne dizalice.
Abstract (english)
This thesis shows common and constructional characteristics of power screws which are used as one of the systems for power and motion transmission. In the first part, the main characteristics of power screws as bolted joints are presented. Typical forces and stresses occurred in power screws applications are also elaborated. The thesis shows the classification of power screws, their advantages and disadvantages, characteristics and applications. Some parts of the thesis are related to lubrication as the important component of proper power screw’s performance and to types of lubricants and their applications. Two most common ways of power screw manufacturing and their characteristics are also elaborated. In the second part, based on default load parameters the calculation of screw jack, whose main components were power screw and nut, was conducted. In the last part of the thesis, the main rules used in producing a technical documentation which was used for screw jack drawings are mentioned.
