Abstract
U radu su navedeni i opisani osnovni postupci spajanja materijala. U prvom dijelu rada ukratko su opisani rastavljivi i nerastavljivi postupci spajanja dok se posebna pozornost pridaje postupcima spajanja lijepljenjem. Detaljno su opisani postupci spajanja lijepljenjem, te su navedene vrste i podjela ljepila, izbor ljepila, glavni parametri koji imaju utjecaj na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu cilj je ispitati utjecaj duljine preklopa na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja kao i utjecaj različitih materijala i ljepila na čvrstoću lijepljenog spoja. Kao ispitna tijela koriste se aluminij ( Al 99,5%), mesing te čelik (C-45) po normi ISO 4587 te dvije vrste ljepila (epoksidno i cijanoakrilatno) varirajući duljine preklopa 5, 10 i 15mm. Ispitna tijela su prije lijepljenja odmašćena da bi se osigurala dobra površina za lijepljenje. Rezultati ispitivanja su prikazivali maksimalnu silu i maksimalno naprezanje tijekom kidanja ispitnih tijela.
Abstract (english)
This thesis list and describes the basic procedures of bonding the materials. In the first part of the thesis separable and inseparable procedures are shortly described while special attention is given to the adhesive bonding procedures. A detailed description of adhesive bonding procedure is given, with discussions about classification and types of adhesives, their selection, main parameters that have influence on strength of adhesive joints. In the experimental part goal was to research the effect of overlap length on strength of adhesive joints as the impact of different materials and adhesives on strength of adhesive joints. For this research series of samples are made of aluminium ( Al 99,5%), brass and steel (C-45) using International Standard ISO 4587 and two types of adhesive (epoxy and cyanoacrylate) varying overlap lengths 5, 10 and 15mm. Before bonding samples were degreased to ensure good adhesive surface. Results of research showed maximal force and strain during the breaking of samples.
