Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisana je tehnologija izrade zakretnog kraka prema crtežu oznake DB01. Objašnjena je uloga zakretnog kraka u hidrauličnoj preši za vulkanizaciju guma, te su ukratko opisane tehnološke operacije bušenja i glodanja koje su korištene pri izradi ovog proizvoda. Definiran je materijal i navedeni su tehnološki zahtjevi i značajke postupka obrade odvajanjem čestica. Dalje je u radu opisan tehnološki postupak izrade pozicija od koji se sastoji zakretni krak. Razrađena je kompletna tehnologija strojne obrade na horizontalnoj glodalici – bušilici, te je naveden redoslijed svih korištenih operacija tijekom procesa proizvodnje. Proveden je izbor alatnog stroja, reznih alata, steznih elemenata i mjernih uređaja uz opis načina rada odabranog alatnog stroja sa svim tehničkim specifikacijama. Na osnovu postojeće tehnologije izrade, predložena su poboljšanja tehnološkog postupka izrade zakretnog kraka. Provedena tehno-ekonomska analiza daje nam uvid u ekonomičnost izrade proizvoda, a u zaključku je rezimirano na koji se način cijeli proces može optimizirati.
Abstract (english)
In the graduate work is described technology of manufacturing swiveling arm according to the drawing tags DB01. Is explained the role of swiveling arm in a hydraulic press for vulcanizing rubber and are briefly described the technological operation of drilling and milling that were used in the preparation of this product. Is defined by the material and listed the technological requirements and the features of the machine processing. Further in the paper it is describes the technological process of making the position of which consists swiveling arm. It is elaborated the complete technology of machining on a horizontal milling - boring machine and indicated the order of operations used during the manufacturing process. Implemented a selection of machine, cutting tools, clamping elements and measuring devices along with a description of the selected machine with all the technical specifications. On the basis of existing technology development, the proposed the improvements of the technological process of making the swiveling arm. Conducted techno-economic analysis gives us an insight into the economics of making product and in the conclusion summarize how the whole process can be optimized.
