Abstract
Zbog sve zahtjevnijeg tržišta, posebna pozornost pridaje se podizanju kvalitete grožđa, a ona će se postići pravilnom i pravovremenom primjenom raznih agrotehničkih zahvata na trsu odnosno nasadu. Kroz razne ampelotehničke zahvate kao što je rezidba vinove loze, najviše utječemo na prinos i kvalitetu grožđa. Razlikujemo dva načina rezidbe vinove loze i to rez u zrelo (provodi se u zimskom periodu), te rez u zeleno (provodi se u ljetnom periodu). Rez u zeleno obuhvaća nekoliko zahvata, no konkretno nas zanima utjecaj uklanjanja zaperaka na sorti Pinot sivi. Pokus je postavljen u vinogorju Virovitica na lokalitetu Borova, na kultivaru Pinot sivi gdje praćen razvoj grožđa na trsovima gdje su uklonjeni zaperci te na trsovima gdje nisu uklonjeni zaperci. Zaperci su uklanjani u nekoliko navrata zbog toga što se oni razvijaju na mladici proporcionalno sa rastom mladica. Kada je grožđe dozrelo, obavljena je berba te su prikupljeni uzorci nad kojima je izvršena analiza uzoraka. Parametri koji su mjereni bili su: sadržaj sladora u moštu ubranog grožđa, ukupna kiselost u moštu ubranog grožđa, aktualna kiselost u moštu ubranog grožđa te masa ubranog grožđa. Rezultati koje smo dobili pokazali su da postoji visoko značajna razlika kod sadržaja sladora, ukupne kiselosti te mase ubranog grožđa, dok kod aktualne kiselosti značajne razlike nema. Kod parametara gdje je utvrđena visoko značajna razlika između tretmana, ta razlika se rezultirala kroz činjenicu da kod tretmana gdje su uklanjani zaperci sadržaj sladora te ukupna kiselost su manji nego kod tretmana gdje nisu uklanjani zaperci, dok je masa grožđa kod tretmana gdje su uklanjani zaperci veća nego kod tretmana gdje su zaperci ostavljeni. Međutim, dobiveni rezultati ne moraju odražavati generalni trend budući da se radi o jednogodišnjem istraživanju, te bi se za kvalitetnije zaključivanje trebalo provesti istraživanje na više lokacija i kroz nekoliko godina koje bi dalo relevantnije rezultate.

Due to the ever more demanding market , special attention is given to improving the quality of grapes and it will achieve the proper and timely application of various agro-technical operations on the vine and orchard . Through various viticultural operations such as pruning vines , the most influence on the yield and quality of grapes . There are two different ways of pruning vines and pruning ( carried out in the winter ) , and a cut in the green ( carried out in the summer ) . Cut the green covers several operations , but in particular we are interested in the impact of the removal of dewclaws on the varieties Pinot Gris . The experiment was set in the vineyards on the site Virovitica Pine , the cultivar Pinot Gris which accompanied the development of the grapes on the vines where the dewclaws removed and where the vines are removed dewclaws . Dewclaws are eliminated on several occasions because they develop on a shoot in proportion to the growth of the shoots . When the grapes are ripe , harvest was carried out and samples were collected over which the analysis of samples . The parameters measured were: sugar content in the must of grapes harvested , total acidity of grapes harvested , actual acidity and weight of the harvested grapes harvested grapes . Our results showed that there was a highly significant difference in sugar content , total acidity and weight of the harvested grapes , while the actual acidity of no significant differences . For those parameters where is founded highly significant differences between treatments , the difference is resulted in the fact that in the treatment where they eliminated dewclaws sugar content and total acidity are lower than in treatments where dewclaws are eliminated , while the mass of grapes in the treatment where they are eliminated is dewclaws higher than in treatments where dewclaws are lefted . However, the results may not reflect the general trend since it is a one-year study, and it would be better for the conclusion of the research that study should be conducted at multiple locations and ina a few years which would provide more relevant results.
