Abstract
U radu je istraživan utjecaj razliĉitih temperatura (15, 20, 25 °C) i tri razliĉite hranjive podloge (PDA, vodenog agara, podloga od mrkve) na razvoj gljive Chalara elegans koja je uzroĉnik truleži korijena. Unutar trinaest dana, koliko je u ovome dijelu istraživanja praćen porast gljive, gljiva se na svim temperaturama najbolje razvijala na podlozi od mrkve. Ipak je najbolji porast micelija utvrĊen na temperaturi od 25°C. U drugome dijelu rada istraživano je djelovanje osam eteriĉnih ulja (lavanda, timijan, anis, menta, bijeli bor, klinĉićevac, gorka naranĉa, kadulja) na dvije podloge (PDA i podloga od mrkve) na gljivu. Na PDA podlozi mjerenje su vršena 27 dana, dok su na podlozi od mrkve zbog sporog rasta gljive mjerenja vršena 17 dana. Najbolje antifungalno djelovanje kod obje podloge pokazala su ulja timijana, klinĉićevca i metvice, dok su ulja bijeloga bora i gorke naranĉe ubrzala razvoj gljive. Kod umjetne infekcije mrkve uoĉeno je formiranje hlamidospora po cijelome korijenu mrkve na temperaturi 21°C, a pri temperaturi od 30°C došlo je i do pojave truleži.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this paper the influence of different temperatures (15, 20, 25 ° C) and three different culture media (PDA, water-agar, carrot agar) on the development of the fungus Chalara elegans which cause root rot. Within thirteen days, as in this part of the study followed by growth of the fungus, the fungus at all temperatures best developed on a bed of carrots. However the best mycelial growth was determined at 25 ° C. In the second part of paper it was investigated the effect of eight essential oils (lavender, thyme, anise, mint, white pine, clove, bitter orange and sage) on two surfaces (PDA and background carrot) to fungi. On PDA medium measurement were conducted 27 days, while on a bed of carrots because of slow growth fungi measurements performed 17 days. The best antifungal activity for both substrates have shown oil of thyme, mint and clove, while white pine oil and bitter orange accelerate the development of fungi. In artificial inoculation of carrots was observed forming around the root of the chlamydospores of carrot at 21 ° C, and at a temperature of 30 ° C, there was an occurrence of rot.
