Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi činjenično stanje službe i organizacije održavanja neimenovanog poduzeća. Nakon detaljnog pregleda literaturnih navoda i preporuka u prvom dijelu rada stečen je dovoljan obujam informacija kako bi se došlo do točnijih pretpostavki o organiziranosti i kvaliteti održavanja kao i kako bi se mogle dati smislene i opravdane smjernice za poboljšanje održavanja, a samim time i cjelokupnog poslovanja date organizacije. Poljoprivredna tehnika je sve sofisticiranija i složenija što joj omogućuje veće radne kapacitete i efikasnost, no iz tog razloga su strojevi i puno skuplji, a samim time je i njihovo održavanje sve skuplje i složenije. Sve navedeno zahtjeva od remontnih aktivnosti održavanja da prati tehnološki napredak poljoprivredne tehnike, usavršava postupke popravaka, dijagnostike i održavanja, kvalitetno i efikasno obavlja svoje aktivnosti te omogući što veću raspoloživost strojeva uz što manje troškove održavanja. Samo istraživanje je provedeno tako što je kreiran upitnik tabličnog prikaza. Nakon odgovora na pitanje iz audita ocjenjivala se kvaliteta postojećeg stanja u organizaciji na temelju usporedbe svakog odgovora s literaturnim preporukama. Očit nedostatak organizacije u kojoj je proveden audit je činjenica da se u organizaciji prema riječima anketiranog rukovoditelja održavanja ne planira godišnji budžet održavanja, upitna je analiza učinkovitosti upravljanja rezervnim dijelovima te proces nabavke standardnih dijelova traje duže od preporučenog roka. Također bi bilo poželjno osigurati bolju obučenost traktorista i njihovu sposobnost ranije detekcije potencijalnog problema, tj. kvara i kvalitetnije terensko održavanje od strane pokretnih sevisnih ekipa.

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this study was to determine the facts about the service and maintenance organization of unnamed company. After a thorough review of references and recommendations in the first part of the study, a sufficient volume of information was obtained in order to get a more accurate assumptions about the organization and quality of maintenance as well as to be able to provide a meaningful and reasonable guidelines to improve maintenance, and therefore the entire business of that given organization. Agricultural engineering is more sophisticated and complex as it allows greater working capacity and efficiency, but for this reason the machines are much more expensive and therefore their maintenance is also more expensive and complicated. All of the mentioned above requires the maintenance to follow technological advances of farming techniques, improve methods of repair, diagnostics and maintenance, quality and efficiency in conducting its activities and provide the highest possible availability of machines with minimum maintenance costs. The research was conducted by a questionnaire table being created. After answering the question from the audit the quality of the existing situation in the organization was assessed by comparing each response with the reference recommendations. The obvious disadvantage of organization in which the audit was conducted is the fact that, according to the surveyed manager, there are no plans of annual budget maintenance, analysis of the effectiveness of management of spare parts is questionable and standard parts procurement process takes longer than the recommended time limit. It would also be desirable to provide better training of tractor drivers and their ability of earlier detection of potential problems, ie. breakdown and better field maintenance service by mobile service team.
