Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je stanje ekološke i integrirane proizvodnje u Republici Hrvatskoj. Podaci pokazuju da površine i broj proizvođača oba sektora proizvodnje kontinuirano rastu iz godine u godinu. U 2003. godini u ekološkoj proizvodnji je bilo 130 proizvođača na 3.506 ha površina, što je iznosilo 0,26% ukupnih poljoprivrednih površina. Deset godina poslije, u ekološkoj proizvodnji se nalazi 1.609 proizvođača na 40.640 ha površina, a udio ekoloških površina u ukupnim poljoprivrednim površinama iznosi 3,12%. Što se tiče integrirane proizvodnje, u 2010. godini kada je počelo praćenje podataka, bilo je samo 23 proizvođača na 170,7 ha površina. Do 2013. godine broj proizvođača se povećao na 740 proizvođača, dok je površina bilo 96.987 ha, što predstavlja veliki napredak. Integrirana proizvodnja ima udio od 7,4% ukupnih poljoprivrednih površina.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the state of the organic and integrated agricultural production in the Republic of Croatia. Thedata shows that the areas and the number of producers of both manufacturing sectors have been increasing steadily over time. In 2003, organic production counts 130 manufacturers on 3.506 ha, which accounted for 0,26% of total agricultural land. Ten years later, 1,609 producers participates in organic production on 40.640 hectares of land, while the share of land under organic production in total agricultural land accounts for 3,12%. As for the integrated production in 2010 when the data tracking began, there were only 23 producers on 170,7 ha. By 2013 the number of producers has increased to 740 producers, while the area was 96.987 ha, which represents a major progress. Integrated production accounts for 7,4% of total agricultural land.
