Abstract
Pčele (Apinae) potporodica su kukaca iz reda opnokrilaca. To je vrsta kukaca koji su neobično važni za život čovjeka. Pčele su korisne za čovjeka zbog svojih proizvoda, ali i zbog oprašivanja biljaka. U ovom radu naglasak je stavljen na proizvode koje čovjek dobiva od pčela. To su: med, cvjetni prah, matična mliječ, propolis i pčelinji otrov. Svi su ti proizvodi ne samo biološki i ekološki zdrava hrana, već i ljekovita sredstva. Med je najpoznatiji i najviše upotrebljavan pčelinji proizvod te je idealan izvor energije. Propolis je pčelinji proizvod koji pčelama služi kao gradivna tvar u košnicama, a ljudima kao lijek. Po svojoj vrijednosti sam vrh pčelinjih proizvoda zauzima matična mliječ.Cvjetni prah ili pelud nije izravno pčelinji proizvod; pčele ga skupljaju sa cvjetova biljaka i on im služi za vlastitu prehranu. Skupljanjem peluda pčele istodobno oprašuju biljke. Med, propolis i matična mliječ imaju niz ljekovitih svojstava, pa se upotrebljavaju u liječenju kožnih bolesti, bolesti probavnog sustava, kardiovaskularnog sustava, virusnih i bakterijskih infekcija, pomažu pri slabokrvnosti, Pčelinji vosak upotrebljava se u izradi svijeća, u kiparstvu, te u kozmetici. Pčelinji otrov služi za zaštitu pčelinje zajednice i samih pčela kao jedinki.Pčelinji otrov ima i korisna svojstva: izvor je aktivnih sastojaka u farmaceutskoj industriji, pa se od njega izraĎuju lijekovi.
Abstract (english)
Bees (Apinae) subfamilies are insects of the order hymenoptera sting. This is the kind of insects that are unusually important for human life. Bees are beneficial to humans because of their products, but also due to the pollination of plants. In this seminar ,accent has been placed on a bee's products.These are: honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis and bee venom. All these products are not only biologically and ecologically healthy food, but also remedies. Honey is the best known and most used bee product and is an ideal source of energy. Propolis is a bee product that bees serve as a structural material in the hives, and the people as a medicine. By its very peak value of bee products takes royal jelly. Pollen is not directly bee product. Bees collect it from flowers and plants on them is for their own consumption. By collecting pollen bees pollinate the plants at the same time. Honey, propolis and royal jelly have a number of medicinal properties and are used in treating skin diseases, digestive system, cardiovascular system, viral and bacterial infections, help anemia, Beeswax is used in candle making, sculpture, and in cosmetics. Bee venom is used to protect bee colonies and bee themselves as individuals. Bee poison has useful properties: the source of the active ingredients in the pharmaceutical industry, and from it created remedies.
