Abstract
Cijeli rad se temelji na istraživanju u poslu tovljenja junadi, uvjetima držanja i uzgoja, pasminama, troškovima te najbitnije na hranidbi junadi. Farma Bubulus smještena je u Harkanovcima i bazira se na tovu junadi hranom sa vlastitih oranica. Opisao sam tehnologiju uzgoja goveda koja je različita za svako gospodarstvo, te sam naveo čimbenike koji utječu na odabir grla za tov, kao i podrijetlo goveda te pasmine. Opisom gospodarstva se prikazuju potrebna mehanizacija, objekti, krmiva te organizacija za učinkovit i uspješan posao. Opis hranidbe junadi, kao temeljni dio ovo rada, ali i ove proizvodnje prikazao sam kroz konkretne primjere količina pojedinih krmiva u odnosu na veličinu životinje. Liječenja se pojavljuju kao jedan neizbježan trošak, no ovisno o kvaliteti provođenja i stručnosti mogu se svesti na minimalan gubitak i trošak. Rezultati u tovu prikazani klaoničkim pokazateljima koji kupcu pokazuju kvalitetu uloženog, a proizvođaču kvalitetu svih procesa kroz koje je organizirao posao.
Abstract (english)
All work is based on researching in business of fattening heifers, conditions of holding and cultivation, breed, expenses and most important on feeding heifers. Farm Bubulus is located in Harkanovci and is based on fattening heifers with food from own fields. I described cattle breeding technology which is different for every lordship, also I mentioned the factors that influence the choice of cattle for fattening, as well as origin of cattle. Description of lordship is showing the necessary mechanization, objects, fodders and organization for successful buisness. Description of the feeding heifers, as the main part of this work, but also of this production, I have shown trought specific examples of the amount of individual fooders in relation to the size of the animal. The treatments appear as a mandatory cost, but depends on the quality of performance and expertise, they can be minimized. The results in fattening are shown by slaughter indicators which shows customers the quality of invested, and producer the quality of all the processes through which the job is organized.
