Abstract
Marketing splet kao kombinacija kontroliranih marketing varijabli obuhvaća proizvod, cijenu, promociju i distribuciju. U slučaju da tvrtka nudi specifične usluge obuhvaća i ljude, proces pružanja usluga i fizičko okruženje. Cilj definiranja marketing spleta je mogućnost povećanja prodaje proizvoda koje poduzeće proizvodi. Marketing splet omogućuje zadržavanje konkurentnog položaja na tržištu te u prvi plan stavlja potrošača kojemu se posvećuje potpuna pozornost. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati marketing splet obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva „Markić“ koje se bavi uzgojem junadi odnosno proizvodnjom junećeg mesa. Kako bi se ostvario navedeni cilj provodi se i istraživanje o konzumaciji junećeg mesa na odabranom uzorku odnosno kako bi se saznale navike potrošača i u skladu s njihovim potrebama uskladio proizvod, promocija i distribucija junećeg mesa obiteljsko poljoprivrednog gospodarstva „Markić.“ Najpovoljnijom kombinacijom svih navedenih varijabli, obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo „Markić“ definira svoju najbolju marketing strategiju.
Abstract (english)
The marketing mix, as a combination of controlled marketing variables, encompasses product, price, promotion and distribution. In the case of the company offers specific services it also includes people, the process of providing services and the physical environment. The goal of defining a marketing mix is to increase the sales of products that a company produces. Marketing mix allows you to keep a competitive position on the market and in the first place puts the consumer to whom full attention is paid. The aim of this graduate thesis is to present the market mix of the family farm "Markić", which deals with breeding of beef. In order to accomplish this goal a survey was carried out. In order to investigate consumption of beef meat in the selected sample and to find out the habits of the consumers and in accordance with their needs harmonize the product, promotion and distribution of beef meat of the family farm "Markić". The best marketing strategy family farm „Markić“ determines by the most favourable combination of these variables.
