Abstract
Uljana repica jedna je od najstarijih uljanih kultura. U svijetu se uzgaja na 30,2 milijuna hektara uz tendenciju stalnog povećanja površina. Može se koristi za zelenu gnojidbu, proizvodnju biodizela, dobivanje jestivog ulja iz sjemena te kao stočna hrana bilo u obliku pogače i sačme ili kao sjeno ili silaža. Za svaku namjenu za koju se repičino ulje namjerava koristiti svojom kvalitetom mora zadovoljiti propisane standarde. Priprema sjemena uljane repice za izdvajanje ulja sastoji se od čišćenja, usitnjavanja, prešanja usitnjenog materijala i ekstrakcije organskim otapalom. Ulje uljane repice ima visoku zdravstvenu vrijednost te je jedno od rijetkih ulja s optimalnim 2:1 odnosom linolne (omega-6, 20%) i ɑ-linolenske (omega-3, 11%) masne kiseline. Biodizel je važan obnovljiv izvor energije na svjetskoj razini. Trenutna proizvodnja biodizela na svjetskoj razini iznosi oko 30 bilijuna litara, a očekuje se povećanje na 39 bilijuna litara do 2024. godine. Najveći proizvođač biodizela ulja uljane repice je Europska Unija (38%). Zbog izuzetno povoljnih agroekoloških uvjeta za uzgoj uljane repice, Republika Hrvatska može povećati površine zasijane uljanom repicom i ostvariti samodostatnost za uljem i sačmom te višak ulja koristiti za proizvodnju biodizela
Abstract (english)
Rapeseed is one of the oldest oil crops. Grown is on 30.2 million hectares in the world with a tendency of constant increase. Can be used for green manure, biodiesel production, preparation of edible oil from seeds also as animal feed either as pellets or cakes or as hay or silage. For every purpose for which the rapeseed oil intends to use its quality must meet the standards. The preparation of rapeseed seed for oil segregation consists of cleansing, crushing, pressing of crushed material and extraction with organic solvent. Rapeseed oil has a high health value and is one of the few oils with an optimal 2:1 ratio of linoleic (omega-6, 20%) and ɑ-linolenic (omega-3, 11%) fatty acids. Biodiesel is an important renewable energy source at world level. The current biodiesel production worldwide is about 30 trillion liters and is expected to increase to 39 trillion liters by 2024. The largest biodiesel producer rapeseed oil is the European Union (38%). Due to the extremely favorable agroecological conditions for cultivation of rapeseed, Republic of Croatia can increase areas sown by rapeseed and achieve self-sufficiency in oil and meal whereas excess oil can be used for biodiesel production.
