Abstract
Kamilica je jednogodišnja vrlo rasprostranjena biljna vrsta koja uspijeva na gotovo svim tipovima tla. Ona je najzastupljenija ljekovita biljka u Hrvatskoj. Proizvodnja nije previše složena, ali potrebno je imati znanje o uzgoju, proizvodnji i preradi. Temeljni cilj završnog rada je analizirati isplativost proizvodnje kamilice kroz projekciju i razradu poduzetničke ideje koristeći osnovne ekonomske kategorije prihoda, rashoda i dobiti. Rizik u proizvodnji je izloženost vremenskim nepogodama na koje ne možemo utjecati. U radu smo pokazali da je kamilica ekonomski isplativa kroz dva primjera, prvi način proizvodnje je prodaja suhog cvijeta kamilice otkupljivaču na veliko po cijeni od 15,00 kn/kg. Ostvarili smo prihod od 14.000,00 kn. Drugi način proizvodnje je prerada kamilice u čaj, ostvarili smo prihod od 175.000,00 kn i time pokazali da je kamilica ekonomski isplativa i profitabilna.
Abstract (english)
Chamomile is a herb that grows once a year, this herb is widespread and can grow on almost every ground tipe. This herb is the most common healing herb in Croatia. Production of this herb is not very complicated, but it needs some knowledge in the fields of cultivation, production and processing. The final goal of the end work is to analyse the profitability in manufacturing Chamomile trough projection and elaboration of entrepreneurial ideas using basic economic categories such as expense, income and profit. The risk of this production lies in the exposure to weather inconveniences that we can´t affect. In the process we´ve showed that Chamomile is economically viable through two examples, the first way of manufacturing is to sell the Chamomile largely for the price of 15,00 kn/kg. we´ve made a profit of 14.000,00 kn. The second way of manufacturing is the processing of Chamomile tea, there we´ve made a profit of 175.000,00 kn, and so we have showed that Chamomile economically viable and profitable.
