Abstract
Najvažnije karakteristike ekološke poljoprivrede su smanjenje svih oblika onečišćenja, očuvanje agro-ekosustava, korištenje prirodnih resursa na održiv način, poticanje uzgoja autohtonih sorti ili pasmina te je zaokružen proces biljne i stočarske proizvodnje. Kupci ekoloških proizvoda su se izjasnili u anketi kako ih najviše odbija cijena ekoloških proizvoda (49,9%). 60% ispitanika smatra kako je ponuda u skladu s potražnjom. Etržnica nudi mnogobrojne načine promoviranja, ažuriranja podataka pute 24 sata, posebno isticanje proizvoda sa ekološkom oznakom te mnoge druge elemente kojima osiguravaju dobar odnos proizvođač – potrošač. Gradske tržnice su jedan od najboljih načina direktne prodaje a to su potvrdili ispitanici u anketi dok bi 30 % više izdvojili za ekološki proizvedene proizvode
Abstract (english)
The most important characteristics of ecological agriculture are the reduction of all forms of pollution, preservation of the agro-ecosystem, the use of natural resources in a sustainable manner, encouragement of breeding of native varieties or breeds, and complete process of plant and livestock production. Eco-product buyers argued in the survey that they are most reluctant to purchase the price of organic products (49.9%). 60% of the respondents believe the bid is in line with demand. The marketplace offers a number of ways to promote, update data for 24 hours, especially highlighting products with an ecological mark, and many other elements that ensure a good relationship between the manufacturer and the consumer. City marketplaces are one of the best ways of direct sales, which is confirmed by survey respondents, while 30% more for ecologically produced products.
