Abstract
U radu su objašnjeni principi i metode uzgoja rajčice na ekološki način te sva potrebna mehanizacija. Pri ekološkoj proizvodnji rajčice čuva se biološka raznolikost, plodnost tla, čuva i štiti okoliš, u skladu sa zakonom o Ekološkoj proizvodnji. U proizvodnji ekološke rajčice koristi se ekološki uzgajano sjeme, najčešće iz vlastitog uzgoja. Upotrebom organskih gnojiva u ekološkoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji osnovni je princip gnojidbe, jer nema negativnih posljedica za okoliš, zdravstvenu ispravnost i hranjivu vrijednost. Najkvalitetnija voda za rast i razvoj rajčice je kišnica jer je meka voda i ne sadrži u sebi klor. Poštuje se plodored te optimalna gustoća sklopa. Pri pojavi bolesti, štetnika i korova ne smiju se upotrebljavati umjetni pripravci za zaštitu bilja već dopušteni pripravci na prirodnoj i biološkoj bazi. Osnovu organske proizvodnje povrća čine metode biološke zaštite uz primjenu bioloških agrotehničkih mjera. U planiranju ekološke proizvodnje povrća treba izabrati najbolja tla, optimalne teksture, usklađenih vodozračnih odnosa, neutralne do blago kisele reakcije i visoke plodnosti. Pridržavanjem pravilnog plodoreda i kvalitetnom obradom tla u optimalnom stanju vlažnosti izbjeći će se mnogi problemi prilikom uzgoja. Ovakvi uvjeti uzgoja omogućuju nesmetanu provedbu agrotehničkih mjera.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents and explains the principles and methods of tomato cultivation in an ecologically sound manner and all the necessary mechanisms. Ecological production of tomatoes preserves biodiversity, soil fertility, preserves and protects the environment, in accordance with the Law on Ecological Production. Ecological tomatoes are produced using ecologically grown seeds, usually from their own breeding. Using organic fertilizers in organic farming is the basic principle of fertilization because it has no negative consequences for the environment, health and nutritional value. The best quality of water for growing and developing tomatoes is rainfall because it is soft and does not contain chlorine. Optimum density of the assembly is respected. In the case of diseases, pests and weeds, artificial preparations for the protection of plants must be used on natural and biological basis. The basis of organic vegetable production consists of biological protection methods with the application of biological agrotehnical measures. In the planning of organic production of vegetables, the best soil should be chosen, optimal texture, harmonized watertight relationships, neutral to slight acid reaction and high fertility. Adhering to regular crops and quality soil treatment in an optimum state of humidity will avoid many breeding problems. Such cultivation conditions allow for unimpeded implementation of agrotechnical measures.
