Abstract
Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo predstavlja fiziĉke osobe ili skupine fiziĉkih osoba ĉlanova zajedniĉkog kućanstva, koje obavljaju poljoprivrednu djelatnost na poljoprivrednom gospodarstv, koristeći se pritom vlastitim ili unajmljenim proizvodnim jedinicama, te predstavljaju jedan od znaĉenja pojma poljoprivrednika u smislu Zakona o poljoprivredi Republike Hrvatske. Ona ĉine najveći dio agrarne strukture, te kao takva postaju vrlo osjetljiva na konkurenciju. Pravovremenim planiranjem, odabirom ciljanog tržišta i tipa proizvode koji donosi maksimalnu kvalitetu proizvoda, te uz adekvatan marketing proizvoda i proizvodnje, obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva stjeĉu velik broj zadovoljnih i stalnih potrošaĉa od kojih oni stvaraju profit, te postaju konkurenti na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
The family farm represents a natural person or a group of natural persons who are members of a joint household who are engaged in agricultural activity on an agricultural holding using their own or rented production units and represent one of the meaning of the concept of the farmer in the sense of the Agriculture Act of the Republic of Croatia. They are the most widespread part of the agrarian structure, and as such they are very sensitive to competition. By timely planning, selecting the targeted market and the type of products that deliver the highest quality of the product, and with adequate marketing of products and production, family farms obtain a large number of satisfied and permanent consumers from which they generate profits and become competitors on the market.
