Abstract
Patlidžan je jednogodišnja hranjiva povrtna kultura, te obiluje vlaknima, vitaminima i mineralima. Kako bi se diferencirali od konkurencije i dodatno valorizirali proizvodnju patlidžana, osim konvencionalne proizvodnje patlidžana, za poduzetničku ideju je izabrana i njegova prerada u čips i salatu. Temeljni cilj završnog rada je analizirati isplativost proizvodnje patlidžana kroz projekciju i razradu poduzetničke ideje koristeći osnovne ekonomske kategorije prihoda, rashoda i dobiti. Računom dobiti i gubitka utvrđeno je kako bi tijekom svih pet godina bio ostvaren dobitak odnosno profit što bi omogućilo kvalitetno daljnje poslovanje odnosno proizvodnju patlidžana i njegovih prerađevina. U prvoj godini bi očekivana dobit bila nešto manja jer se proizvodnja tek pokreće tako da prihodi nisu na zavidnoj razini, no tijekom godine se prihodi sve više i više povećaju, tako da u petoj godini očekivana dobit iznosi 237.573,90 kuna. Profitabilnost nam pokazuje kako je poduzetnička ideja uspješna te kako je proizvodnja i prerada patlidžana perspektivna i ekonomski isplativa proizvodnja.
Abstract (english)
Eggplant is an one-year nutritional vegetable culture, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. In order to differentiate ourselves from the competition and to further valorise the production of eggplant, in addition to conventional eggplant production, the business idea has been upgraded to its processing in chips and salad. The basic aim of the final work is to analyse the financial viability of eggplant production through projection and elaboration of entrepreneurial ideas using the basic economic category of income, expenditures and profit. The profit and loss account has shown that profit is achieved in all five years, which would allow further business existence, i.e. production of eggplants and their products. In the first year, the expected profit would be smaller because production is only at beginning, so that revenues are not on an enviable level, but over the years the revenues are growing more and more, so in the fifth year the expected profit is 237,573.90 kunas. Profitability shows us how the entrepreneurial idea is successful and how eggplant production and its processing are prosperous and economically viable.
