Abstract
Istraživanje za potrebe ovog diplomskog rada provedeno je tijekom 2012. i 2014. godine u vinogradu vinarije Trs, u Iloku, vinogorje Srijem, vinogradarska regija Istočna kontinentalna Hrvatska na kultivaru Traminac. Za pokus su odabrana dva reda, unutar kojih je naizmjence proveden pokus. Pokus uključuje 10 repeticija na kojima je provedeno vršikanje- tretman i 10 repeticija na kojima nije provedeno vršikanje- kontrola. Unutar svake repeticije nalazilo se 8 trsova, ukupno je pokus uključivao 160 jedinki. Vršikanje je provedeno strojno. Berba je obavljena ručno u trenutku tehnološke zrelosti grožđa. Ukupno je bilo 20 uzoraka svake godine- 10 uzoraka iz reda koji je ovršikan i 10 iz onog u kojem nije provedeno vršikanje. U laboratoriju vinarije Trs utvrđena je masa grozdova te sadržaj šećera i ukupna kiselost mošta. Metodom parova napravljena je analiza varijance za svaku godinu ponaosob. Analizom je utvrđeno kako vršikanje ima bitan utjecaj na povećanje količine šećera u moštu u 2012. i 2014. godini te na smanjivanje ukupne kiselosti. U 2014. godini vršikanje nije imalo utjecaj na masu grozdova.

Parallel abstract (English)
Research for this theises work was made during 2012 and 2014 year in the vineyards of the winery Trs, in Ilok, Srijem vineyards, vinegrowing region Eastern Continental Croatia on cv. Traminac. The experiment was conducted in two selected rows. The experiment involves 10 repetitions on which the experiment was made-treatment and 10 on which trimming was not made - control. Within each repetition there are 8 vines, the experiment has 160 individuals in total. Trimming was done mechanically. Harvesting was performed manually at the time of technological maturity of grapes. There were a total of 20 samples for each year- 10 samples from the row on which trimming was done and 10 from the one in which trimming was not done. In the laboratory in the Trs winery the mass of clusters was determined and also the sugar content and total acids in must. Using the method of pairs analysis of variance was done for each year individually. The analysis shows that trimming has a significant impact on increasing the amount of sugar in the must in 2012 and 2014 and in the reduction of the total acidity. In 2014 trimming had no impact on the mass of the clusters.
