Abstract
Cilj rada je bio na primjeru suvremene mliječne farme Čerba, kod Donjeg Miholjca, opisati proizvodne rezultate, te ih usporediti sa drţavnim projektom. Za izradu ovog rada korištene su metode uvida u znanstvenu i stručnu literaturu, posjeta farmi, analiziranje podataka i razgovor sa voditeljima farme, obitelj Čerba. Farma za proizvodnju mlijeka koristi Holstein pasminu krava. Na farmi se u trenutnu posjeta nalazilo 55 muznih krava od kojih su 7 bile u suhostaju. UtvrĎeno je da je prosječna dnevna proizvodnja mlijeka na farmi oko 1.200 kg, a prosječna godišnja proizvodnja oko 400.000 kg. UtvrĎena je prosječna količina mliječne masti 3,945%, te bjelančevina 3,65%. Prosječna količina bjelančevina u mlijeku na farmi je nešto veća u odnosu na druge pasmine goveda u Hrvatskoj, dok je količina mliječne masti pribliţno jednaka ostalim Holstein pasminama. Holstein krave su visokomliječna pasmina koja zahtjeva dobre uvjete drţanja, dobru hranidbu kvalitetnom voluminoznom hranom i odgovarajućim količinama koncentrata, te u suprotnom dolazi do osjetljivosti i podloţnostima bolesti, te padu mliječnosti.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the work was to illustrate the production results of the modern dairy farm Čerba, near Donji Miholjac, and compare them with the state project. For the purpose of this paper, the methods of insight into scientific and professional literature, farm visits, data analysis and conversation with farm managers, the Čerba family, were used. The dairy farm uses Holstein cow breed. At the farm there were 55 dairy cows in the current visit, of which 7 were in dry period. It was found that the average daily production of milk on the farm is around 1.200 kg and the average annual production is about 400.000 kg. The average amount of milk fat was 3,945% and protein 3,65%. The average amount of protein in milk on a farm is slightly higher than other bovine breeds in Croatia, while the amount of milk fat is approximately equal to other Holstein breeds. Holstein cows are a high-fat breed that requires good accommodation conditions, good nutrition with high quality voluminous food and adequate concentrations of the cows, otherwise the susceptibility and susceptibility of the disease and the loss of milk quality.
