Abstract
U radu su prikazani podatci dobiveni temeljem intervjua s tehnologom voćarstva tvrtke PP Orahovica d.o.o. Uz podatke dobivene putem intervjua, u izradi rada korištena je stručna i znanstvena literatura iz područja uzgoja lijeske. Korišteni su internetski izvori, poput baza podataka FAO. Primijenjene su metode analize, indukcije i dedukcije te matematičko statističke metode, uz definiranje indikatora ekonomske opravdanosti proizvodnje u lješnjaka u tvrtci PP Orahovica d.o.o. Na temelju prikazanih rezultata može se zaključiti kako uzgoj lijeske i proizvodnja lješnjaka mogu biti visoko dohodovni. U tvrtki PP Orahovica d.o.o. proizvodnja lješnjaka je rentabilna ali uz korištenje najsuvremenijih znanstveno-stručnih spoznaja, modernog sustava upravljanja i primjernih agroekoloških uvjeta uzgoja. Za dugoročnu isplativost proizvodnje nužno je osigurati visoke urode primjerene kakvoće, te u konačnici tržiti po prihvatljivim cijena.
Abstract (english)
The thesis presents the data obtained on the basis of interviews with fruit technologists from company PP Orahovica d.o.o. With the data obtained through interviews, in the development of thesis was used scientific literature in the field of cultivation of hazel. Internet sources have been used, such as the FAO database. Methods of analysis, induction and deduction and mathematical statistical methods were applied, along with the definition of economic justification of production in hazelnuts in PP Orahovica d.o.o. Based on the results presented, it can be concluded that the cultivation of hazel and the production of hazelnuts can be high income. In PP Orahovica d.o.o. hazelnut production is profitable but with the use of scientific and professional and technical knowledge, modern management system and exemplary agroecological conditions of farming. For the long term viability of production it is necessary to ensure high yields adequate quality, and ultimately to market at an affordable price.
