Abstract
Uzgojem vinove loze ljudi se bave još od antičkih vremena, polako kroz povijest vinogradarstvo je postalo jako razvijena gospodarska grana. Ukupne površine pod vinogradima u Republici Hrvatskoj iznose oko 20.885,2 ha, a proizvodnja groţĎa u 2015. godini iznosila je 153.114 tona. Zbog različitih klimatskih i zemljišnih uvjeta vinogradarska područja Republike Hrvatske dijelimo na tri regije: Zapadna kontinentalna Hrvatska, Istočna kontinentalna Hrvatska i Primorska Hrvatska. Vinova loza (Vitis vinifera) je biljka iz porodice Vitaceae. Biljke iz ove porodice su povijuše vitkog stabla koje traţe potopranj uz koji se oslanjaju i penju učvršćujući se viticama ili puţu po zemlji. Za vinogradarstvo su najvaţnije tri američke vrste vinove loze: Vitis riparia, Vitis rupestris i Vitis berlandieri. One se koriste za podlogu europskoj vinovoj lozi same ili u obliku hibrida. U današnje vrijeme u svijetu postoji jako velik broj sorata vinove loze, negdje oko 20 000. U Hrvatskoj na Nacionalnoj listi priznatih kultivara ima 196 sorata. Vinovu lozu napadaju razne bolesti i štetnici. Najznačajnije bolesti vinove loze su: Plamenjača (Plasmopara viticola), Pepelnica (Uncinula necator), Siva plijesan (Botritis cinerea), Crna pjegavost rozgve (Phomopsis viticola). Neki od najznačajnijih štetnika vinove loze su groţĎani moljci i crveni voćni pauk (Panonycus ulmi). Postoji više mjera koje se poduzimaju u borbi protiv bolesti i štetnika, najznačajnije su kemijske mjere zaštite, a u posljednje vrijeme sve veći značaj dobiva i biološka zaštita vinove loze. U konvencionalnoj proizvodnji zaštita se temelji na tretiranju kemijsko-sintetičnim fungicidima, što ima nepovoljan utjecaj na okoliš, podzemne vode i zdravlje ljudi. Zbog svih negativnih strana konvencionalne zaštite bilja prema okolišu i zdravlju ljudi, ekološki proizvoĎači postavili su zaštitu vinograda od bolesti i štetnika na potpuno druge temelje. Zaštita od bolesti i štetnika u ekološkom vinogradu temelji se na povećanju biološke raznolikosti unutar vinograda, te na primjeni biopreparata na bazi mikrobioloških organizama.
Abstract (english)
People cultivate the grapevine since antique. Through history, viticulture has become one of the most developed emerging industries. Croatian winegrowing areas reach over 20.885,2 hectares and the total amount of produced grapevine from the year 2015 run over 153.114 tons. Because of the different climate and agricultural conditions, Croatian winegrowing is divided in three regions: west continental, east continental and coastal region. Grapevine (Vitis vinifera) is a plant from Vitaceae family. Plants from that family are vines with slender tree that asks for a prop. That prop serves for rely; the plant climbs on prop and fastens on it with its tendrils. The most significant sorts of grapevine for viticulture are three American species of a grapevine, and those are: Vitis riparia, Vitis rupestris i Vitis berlandieri. These are used in growing a base for European grapevine or alone in form of the hybrid. There are today a lot of grapevine sorts – about 20.000. On a Croatian national list of recognized cultivars, there are 196 sorts of a grapevine. Grapevine is also attacked from different diseases and pests. Most significant diseases are: false mildew (Plasmopara viticola), powdery mildew (Uncinula necator), botrytis (Botritis cinerea) and phomopsis (Phomopsis viticola). Some of the most important pests are grape moth (Lobesia botrana) and red fruit spider (Panonycus ulmi). There are many measures in fight against the diseases and pests, but the most relevant is the chemical protection. Today, biological measures for protection of grapevine, become of importance. Conventional protection is mostly based on chemical-synthetic fungicides. That has negative impact on environment, ground waters and people’s health. Because all of the negative side effects, eco-producers came up with different ideas of grapevine protection. Those ideas include setting the ground of a grapevine protection on increased biodiversity in vineyards and also using of bioproducts based on microbiological organisms.
