Abstract
Tijekom obrađivanja pacijenta i prikazivanja slučaja u ovom završnom radu, cilj je bio približiti i pojasniti s kakvim se sve problemima bolesnici sa operacijom srca susreću. Takvim bolesnicima je potrebno pružiti pomoć u rješavanju njihovih problema i pokušati im pomoči u zadovoljavanju svojih osnovnih potreba po obrascima M. Gordon. U ovom završnim radu je prikazan slučaj bolesnika koji ima potrebu za sestrinskom skrbi, te je prikazan proces zdravstvene njege kod takvog bolesnika. Prilikom utvrđivanja problema i uzroka problema, određen je cilj koji je postignut i ostvaren je pozitivan stav kod bolesnika. Samim takvim načinom i usmjerenosti prema bolesniku, omogućava se i potiče pozitivan stav prema bolesti i prema samom sebi i u konačnici dovodi do boljih rezultata ishoda bolesti.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the patient's case analysis and presentation in this final paper was to approach and explain the kind of problems patients with heart surgery face. Such patients need assistance in resolving their problems and fulfilling their needs in accordance with M. Gordon’s functional health patterns. In this final paper the case of the patient who needs nursing care is presented, as well as the process of health care for such patient. The aim was set during identification of the problem and the source of the problem which was achieved and the patient’s positive attitude has been reached. In such a manner that is the patient oriented positive attitude toward the disease and oneself is raised, which leads to better results with the outcome of the disease.
