Abstract
U ovome radu ukratko smo se upoznali s Newtonovom metodom tangente i metodom sekante za rješavanje nelinearnih jednadžbi. Za obje metode izveli smo pripadne formule te riješili primjere. Drugi dio rada bavi se rješavanjem sustava nelinearnih jednadžbi. U ovome dijelu prisjetili smo se nekih važnijih pojmova poput Jacobijeve matrice i regularne matrice te smo izveli Newtonovu metodu. Naveli smo osnovna svojstva ove metode te riješili pripadni primjer. U glavnom dijelu rada upoznali smo se s Quasi-Newtonovim metodama, naveli razlog njihova korištenja te izveli Broydenovu, Davidon-Fletcher-Powellovu i Broyden-FletcherGoldfarb-Schannovu metodu. Za svaku od ove tri metode naveli smo neka osnovna svojstva te riješili po jedan primjer.
Abstract (english)
In this paper we introduced to the Newton’s tangent method and secant method for solving nonlinear equations. For both methods we derived formulas and solved examples. Second part of paper refers to solving systems of nonlinear equations. In this part we remembered some important terms such as Jacobian matrix and regular matrix and we derived formula for Newton’s method. We gave a main properties of Newton’s method and solved one example. In the main part of paper we introduced to the Quasi-Newton’s methods, we gave the reason why we use them and derived formulas for Broyden, Davidon-Fletcher-Powell and BroydenFletcher-Goldfarb-Schanno method. For each of these three methods we gave some important properties and we solved examples.
