Abstract
U ovome završnom radu obradit ćemo važan rezultat matematičke analize, teorem srednje vrijednosti, te njegove primjene i posljedice. U prvome poglavlju ovoga završnoga rada navest ćemo najbitnije definicije i teoretske rezultate matematičke analize bitne za razumijevanje teme rada, teorema srednje vrijednosti za realne funkcije više realnih varijabli čime ćemo se baviti u drugome poglavlju. U trećem poglavlju ćemo se dotaknuti povezanosti diferencijabilnosti funkcije s teoremom srednje vrijednosti, dok ćemo u četvrtom poglavlju pogledati kakav utjecaj teorem srednje vrijednosti ima na implicitno zadane funkcije. U posljednjem poglavlju obradit ćemo utjecaj teorema srednje vrijednosti na rješavanje sustava jednadžbi.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we consider an important result of mathematical analysis, the mean value theorem, and its applications and consequences. The first chapter lists the most important definitions and theoretical results of mathematical analysis essential for understanding the topic of the paper, the mean value theorem for real-valued multivariable functions of real variables, which the second chapter deals with. The third chapter covers the connection between the differentiability of a function and the mean value theorem, while the fourth chapter looks at the influence of the mean value theorem on implicit functions. The final chapter focuses on the influence of the mean value theorem on the solving of the system of equations.
