Abstract
U radu su opisana neživotna osiguranja. Naveli smo vrste neživotnih osiguranja kao i sudionike na tržištu osiguranja te neke osnovne pojmove u vezi s tim. Svrha osiguranja je zaštiti se od posljedica budućih štetnih događaja. Osiguranje je prenošenje rizika s pojedinca na osiguravatelja sklapanjem ugovora o osiguranju. Ugovor o osiguranju sastoji se od police osiguranja i uvjeta osiguranja, a jedan od elemenata police osiguranja je osigurani rizik. Kod neživotnog osiguranja ne postoji nikakva sigurnost da će se osigurani rizik dogoditi. U radu su razmotrene premije i opisani su potrebni elementi za njihov izračun. Premija je iznos koji osiguranik plaća osiguravatelju za osiguranje. Također, navedeno je nekoliko primjera neživotnih osiguranja iz prakse.
Abstract (english)
In this work we describe non-life insurances. We have listed the types of non-life insurance as well as participants in the insurance market and some basic concepts in this regard. The purpose of insurance is to protect against the consequences of future adverse events. Insurance is the transfer of risk from an individual to an insurer by concluding an insurance contract. The insurance contract consists of an insurance policy and insurance conditions, and one of the elements of an insurance policy is the insured risk. With non-life insurance, there is no certainty that the insured risk will occur. The work discusses premiums and describes the necessary elements for their calculation. The premium is the amount that the insured pays to the insurer for insurance. Also, there are given several examples of non-life insurance from practice.
