Abstract
U fokusu ovog rada prvenstveno su čimbenici gospodarskog razvoja kao što su: radna etika, poduzetnička klima, razina općeg povjerenja, korupcije za koje možemo reći kako imaju izvjesnu sociokulturnu pozadinu te ih kao takve možemo analizirati i tumačiti u kontekstu kulturoloških pojmova kao što su religija, povijesno nasljeđe, tradicija, kolektivna naracija, (post)komunizam i sl. Komparativno analiziramo različite kulturne paradigme i njihov gospodarski potencijal u vidu socijalnog kapitala. Bavimo se i pitanjem odnosa kulture i gospodarskog razvoja s naglaskom na održivom razvoju koji kulturu stavlja u prvi plan.
Abstract (english)
The focus of this paper are primarily the factors of economic development such as: work ethic, entrepreneurial climate, the general level of trust, corruption etc. for wich we could say to have a certain socio-cultural background and as such they can be analyzed and interpreted in the context of cultural concepts such as religion, historical heritage, tradition, collective narration, (post) communism etc. Further more, we are making comparative analyze of different cultural paradigms with their economic potential in the form of social capital. We also deal with the question of the relationship between culture and economic development, with an accent on sustainable development in wich culture comes to the fore.
