Abstract
U ovom radu su teoretski obrađena opća obilježja montažnog građenja te njegove prednosti i nedostatci. Prikazani su kriteriji podjele montažnih sustava, sama podjela te vrste montaže. Uz osnovna načela organizacije montažnih radova obrađene su temeljne faze montažnog građenja s posebnim naglaskom na statičke posebnosti ovakvog načina građenja. Navedeni su i opisani svi elementi tehnološkog procesa montaže od početne pripreme ležišta za element pa sve do završne izrade spoja. Opisana su osnovna i pomoćna sredstva za montažu te sredstva za transport montažnih elemenata. Praktični dio rada sadrži projekt montaže konstrukcije građevine logističko distribucijskog centra. Opisane su tehničke karakteristike građevine te su prikazani nacrti i tablice montažnih elemenata sa svim potrebnim podacima. Razrađeni su tehnološki procesi proizvodnje, utovara, prijevoza, podizanja i montaže predgotovljenih AB elemenata. Određeni su redoslijed i metode montaže te je dan plan montaže za svaki pojedini element. Prikazane su sheme položaja i podizanja elemenata i sheme stajališta dizalica. Navedeni tehnološki procesi su prikazani kartom procesa.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides the theoretical analysis of general characteristics of precast construction and its advantages and disadvantages. It presents classification criteria of precast systems, classification and types of precast construction. In addition to the basic principles of organising assemblage works, we studied the fundamental phases of precast construction with a special emphasis on static particularities of this type of construction. We listed and described all the elements of precast construction technological processes; from the initial preparation of the bed for the element to the final construction of the joint. Furthermore, we described basic and auxiliary precast tools and transport devices for precast elements.The practical part contains the design for the assemblage of a precast logistics-distribution centre building. We described the technical characteristics of the building and presented drawings and tables of precast elements with all necessary data. In addition, we elaborated the technological processes of production, loading, transport, erection and assemblage of precast RC elements. We determined the order and methods of assemblage, and presented the assemblage plan for each specific element. Furthermore, we presented schematic illustrations of position and erection of elements, and of the location of cranes. Said technological processes are presented in the process chart.
