Abstract
Uporaba betona na globalnoj razini godišnje u prosjeku iznosi 1,5-3 tone po stanovniku, te se nameće kao glavni konstruktivni element današnjice. Osnovni zahtjev betona podrazumijeva ocjenu sukladnosti tlačne čvrstoće betona. Ocjena sukladnosti tlačne čvrstoće provodi se na valjku/kocki točno određenih dimenzija, nakon 28 dana starosti. Uzorak se tlači na preši do pucanja te se na temelju dobivenih rezultata ocjenjuje sukladnost betona na testu. Osnova za ovakve postupke proizlazi iz potrebe za osiguranjem kvalitete i održavanjem razine iste. Utvrđivanje identičnosti tlačne čvrstoće betona provodi se odgovarajućom primjenom norme HRN EN 206-1 Beton-Specifikacija, svojstva, proizvodnja i sukladnost. Kako pri proizvodnji ne bi morali pregledavati svaki proizvod, uvedeni su sustavi provjere koji se temelje na kvantifikaciji rizika. Rizike kvantificiramo za potrošača i proizvođača. Rizike prikazujemo pomoću operativnih krivulja. U ovome radu opisan je postupak ocjenjivanja sukladnosti tlačne čvrstoće betona.
Abstract (english)
Use of concrete on a global scale is around 1.5-3 tons per capita, and it is imposing as the main structural element at the present. The basic requirement for concrete implies a conformity assessment of concrete compressive strength. Conformity assessment of concrete is necessary due to quality level management and maintaining the same level. Concrete cylinder/cube of specific dimensions after 28 days are pressure tested Given that the quality of the concrete is affected by many factors it is necessary to implement the control according to adopted norms and standards. Determination of concrete compressive strenght is carried out according to standard HRN EN 206-1 Concrete-Specification, performance, production and conformity. As manufacturing would not have to look at each product, risk-quantifying systems were introduced. We quantify the risks for consumers and manufacturers. We show the risks by operating characheristic curves. In this paper, we will present and describe the conformity assessment of concrete compressive strength.
