Abstract
U ovom radu teorijski je obrađeno upravljanje projektima, BIM, BIM menadžeri i izgradivost. Uvođenjem novih tehnologija na gradilište i povećanjem detaljnosti projekta, olakšava se rad svim sudionicima projekta. Potencijal BIM-a još nije u potpunosti iskorišten. Praktični dio ovog rada sadrži 6D model zgrade tvrke Peri GmbH. Sastoji se od 3D modela zgrade, troškovnika, dinamičkog plana i proračuna izgradivosti. Izgradivost je izračunata na tri objekta: zgradi tvrtke Peri Gmbh, trgovačkom centru Portanova i poslovno-stambenoj zgradi tvrtke Gradnja.

This paper deals with theoretical project management, BIM, BIM managers and buildability. Implementation of new tehnology on a construction site and increasing new details of the project, facilitating work of all participants in the project. The BIM potential is not to the full used. Practically part of this paper includes 6D model of building company Peri GmbH. This consist of 3D model of building, bills of quantities, schedule and analisys buildability. Buildability is analyzed on three objects: building of the company Peri GmbH, shopping mall Portanova and residential-business building company Gradnja.
