Abstract
Potres predstavlja opasno djelovanje kojem je potrebno posvetiti veliku pažnju. Određivanjem koeficijenta oštetljivosti (engl. Damage Ratio, DR) moguće je odrediti stupanj oštećenja konstrukcije. Proučavanjem tlocrta obiteljskih kuća grada Osijeka izrađena je baza podataka od 306 građevina, obrađena u programu Excel i ucrtana u GIS. Pomoću programa Nonlin određeni su parametri odziva konstrukcija za različita vršna ubrzanja tla. Dobiveni parametri uvršteni su u izraz za DR, ime su određene spektralne funkcije koeficijenata oštetljivosti. Iz baze podataka odabrana je jedna obiteljska kuća prosječne katnosti i tlocrtnih dimenzija. Za prosječnu kuću određen je koeficijent oštetljivosti u ovisnosti o vršnom ubrzanju tla, kao i seizmički proračun.
