Abstract
U diplomskom radu analizirana je regulativa za održavanje građevina u Republici Hrvatskoj. Obrađeni su zakoni, propisi i pravilnici koji se odnose na održavanje građevina i njihovih dijelova u RH. Osim navedene regulative u radu su analizirane i norme niza ISO 15686 i njihovi dijelovi. Opisane su osnovne mjere i pravila za provođenje kvalitetnog i svrsishodnog održavanja građevina i njihovih dijelova. Osim održavanja građevina, rad se dotiče građevinskih radova i pravila struke, i odgovornosti stanara i krajnjih korisnika i vlasnika kao pojedinaca čiji postupci i uporaba građevina i objekata uvelike utječu na provedbu održavanja i uporabe građevina i njihovih dijelova. Osim održavanja građevina u radu je obrađena i tema uporabnog vijeka kojim se bave norme niza ISO 15686, a čiji su dijelovi preuzeti i uzeti u obzir prilikom pisanja i donošenja pravilnika i zakona.
Abstract (english)
This study analyzed the regulation of building maintenance in Croatia. It includes the analyzis of laws, regulations and orders considering maintenance of buildings and building facilities in Croatia. Beside the laws, it analyzes the ISO 15686 norms and it's parts. Main measures and rules for maintenance of buildings are described for quality and useful procedures. While analyzing this topic, rules for construction were considered and also responsibility of tenants and users of buildings assets as persons whose behavior and use of building affects on improving maintenance and condition of building asset. The study also consideres service life of building asset, that is described in ISO 15686, which parts were implemented in law regulation in Croatia.
