Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađeni su strojevi za iskop i odvoz zemljanog materijala. Prikazane su opće podjele i karakteristike bagera, dozera, grejdera, skrejpera, kamiona kipera i dampera. Odabir stroja za iskop ovisi o vrsti materijala koji je potrebno iskopati, o načinu izvršavanja iskopa – guranjem, skidanjem u slojevima ili kopanjem. Odabir potrebnog stroja za odvoz ovisi o količini materijala koju treba prevesti. U radu je prikazan način izračuna planskog učinka svakog pojedinog stroja sa prikazom potrebni tablica. Na primjeru gradilišta Sveučilišne knjižnice i multimedijskog centra u Osijeku potrebno je bilo izračunati i prikazati potrebno vrijeme za završetak prve faze zemljanih radova ukoliko se radi sa dva bagera zapremine lopate 1,2 m3 te dva kamiona kipera volumena sanduka 15 m3.
Abstract (english)
In this final work are shown machines for excavation and transportation. Shows the general classifications and characteristics of excavators, dozers, scrapers and dumpers. Choosing a machine for excavation depends on the type of material that's need to be excavated, about how to do the excavation - pushing, removing the layers, digging. Select the required machine for the removal depends on the amount of material to be transported. In this work is demonstrated calculating method of planning effect on every single machine and showing the necessary tables. For example, the site of the University Library and multimedia center in Osijek it is calculated and shown needed time to complete first phase of work considering that working machines are two excavators with shovel volume 1,2 m3 and two dump trucks volume of 15 m3.
