Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad autor je želio prikazati način izvođenja radova na državnoj cesti D57. Izvedba radova podijeljena je na dva osnovna djela. Prvi dio radova opisuje izvedbu hladne reciklaže na predmetnoj dionici ( od km 2+200,00 do 15+545,00), dok drugi dio prikazuje izgradnju nove kolničke konstrukcije (od km 0+000,00 do km 2+200,00). U radu će prvo biti prikazane metode rekonstrukcije kolnika koje prvenstveno ovise o tome da li je kolnik asfaltni ili betonski. Rekonstrukcija asfaltnih kolnika može biti izvedena kao nadogradnja ili zamjena oštećenog kolnika novim slojem, kao recikliranje u pogonima „in plant“ ili na licu mjesta „in place“. Potom će biti opisan projektni zadatak i postojeće stanje državne ceste D57. Nakon prikaza postojećeg stanja prikazat će se geotehnički istražni radovi i prometno opterećenje na osnovu kojih se vršilo dimenzioniranje kolničke konstrukcije. U nastavku će biti opisan način izvođenja hladne reciklaže uz priložene fotografije sa samog gradilišta, te način izvođenja nove kolničke konstrukcije. Naposlijetku će biti prikazana usporedba hladne reciklaže i nove kolničke konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
Through this paper author wanted to present the way of performing works on state road D57. Construction works were divided in two basic parts. The first part describes cold recycling procedure on road section (from km 2+200,00 to 15+545,00) while second part shows the construction of new pavement structure (from km 0+000,00 to km 2+200,00). The paper will first present the methods of pavement reconstruction that mainly depend on the fact whether the pavement is made of asphalt or concrete. Reconstruction of asphalt pavements can be done as an upgrade or replacement of damaged pavement with new layer, as recycling in plants or as recycling in place. Following that, the project task and current condition of state road D57 will be described. Furthermore, geotechnical investigations and traffic load, based on which the sizing of pavement construction was carried out, will be explained. The paper will then describe and explain the cold recycling procedure with photos from the reconstruction area attached, as well as the construction of new pavement structure. Ultimately, the paper will show comparison between cold recycling procedure and new pavement reconstruction.
