Abstract
Rad obuhvaća osvrt na europske i hrvatske propise na području energetske učinkovitosti, Direktivu o energetskoj učnkovitosti 2012/27/EU, Direktivu o energetskim svojstvima zgrada 2010/31 /EU (EPBD II), Zakon o gradnji, Zakon o energetskoj učinkovitosti, Tehnički propis o racionalnoj uporabi energije i toplinskoj zaštiti u zgrada i Pravilnik o energetskom pregledu zgrade i energetskom certificiranju. U radu su definirani osnovni pojmovi vezani za energetski pregled zgrade te analizirana Metodologija za provođenje energetskog pregleda. Na primjeru obiteljske kuće utvrđen je energetski razred za postojeće stanje, predložene su građevinske mjere poboljšanja energetske učinkovitosti te je napravljen energetski certifikat za projektirano stanje obiteljske kuće. Analizom postojećeg i projektiranog stanja dobivene su projekcije mogućih ušteda energije na osnovu kojih je izračunat jednostavni period povrata investicije koje su posljedica ulaganja u energetsku učinkovitost.

This work includes the review of the European and Croatian regulations on energy efficiency: Directive 2012/27/EU on energy efficiency, Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings, Regulations in the field of building, Regulations in the field of energy efficiency, Tehnical regulation on energy economy and heat retention in buildings, Ordinance on energy audits and energy certification of buildings. The work defines the basic concepts related to energy audit of the building and analyzed the methodology for conducting an energy audit. Using the example of a family house determined the energy class of the current situation, proposed the building measures to improve energy efficiency, and energy certificate is made to projected state of the family house. Analysis of the current and projected conditions, projections of possible energy savings on which is calculated by a simple payback of the investment that result from energy efficiency investments.
