Abstract
U radu se analizira utjecaj orijentacije zgrade i površine vanjskih otvora na energetski razred zgrade. Rezultati dobiveni proračunom uspoređuju se s najvećim dopuštenim koeficijentima prolaska topline građevnih dijelova zgrade, koji su propisani u „Tehničkom propisu o racionalnoj uporabi energije i toplinskoj zaštiti u zgradama“ (NN 128/15). Zgrada je stambene namjene, smještena u Osijeku. Energetska učinkovitost zgrade određena je na način da se ispitao utjecaj orijentacije zgrade prema različitim stranama svijeta, tako da svako pročelje bude orijentirano prema svakoj od strana svijeta. Energetska učinkovitost zgrade u radu je također određena s obzirom na različite površine vanjskih otvora, tako da se ispitao utjecaj dvostrukog povećanja vanjskih otvora, odnosno prozirnih elemenata zgrade na energetsku učinkovitost. Dobiveni rezultati prikazuju utjecaj solarnih dobitaka prozirnih i neprozirnih dijelova vanjske ovojnice zgrade na energetsku učinkovitost.

The subject of this thesis is influence of the orientation of the building and the external openings area on the energy efficiency classes. Calculated results are compared with the maximum heat transfer coefficient of building components, according to the „Tehnical regulation on rational use of energy and heat retention in buildings“ (Official Gazette 128/15). The building is for residential purposes, located in Osijek. The energy efficiency of the building is determined with reference to the influence of the orientation of the building. Each facade is oriented towards different side of the world in order to determine energy efficiency of building. Energy efficiency of building is also determined according to the different areas of external openings, in a way that the effect of doubling the area of the surface openings (i.e. building’s transparent elements) on the energy efficiency is examined. The results presented in this paper, show the influence of solar gains through transparent and opaque parts of the building envelope on buildings energy efficiency.
