Abstract
Projekt je unikatan proces koji se sastoji od niza kontroliranih i koordiniranih aktivnosti s utvrđenim početkom i krajem, poduzet da se postigne cilj u skladu sa specifičnim zahtjevima, uključujući ograničenja vremena, troškova i kvalitete. Upravljanje projektima primjena je znanja, vještina, alata i tehnika u projektnim aktivnostima da bi se ispunili projektni zahtjevi. Područje upravljanja projektima, u svom je razvoju doživjelo značajne promjene, ali se i dalje intenzivno razvija i primjenjuje u realizaciji raznovrsnih projekata i programa: vojnih, znanstveno-istraživačkih, poljoprivrednih, industrijskih i drugih. U radu je prikazana strukturna raščlamba poslova u projektu Centar za unapređenje stočarstva d.o.o. te je prikazana organizacijska struktura. Napravljen je dinamički plan, te je prikazan prirast troškova projekta u vremenu pomoću „S-krivulje“.
Abstract (english)
The project is a unique process that consists of a series of controlled and coordinated activities which have an established start and end point. The project is undertaken to achieve goals in accordance with the specific requirements, including the constraints of time, cost and quality. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques within project activities to meet project requirements. The area of project management, in its development has undergone significant changes, but it is still being intensively developed and applied in the implementation of various projects and programs: military ones, within scientific researches, agricultural ones, industrial ones and others. This thesis presents a work breakdown structure of the project of the Center for Livestock Improvement and outlines the organizational structure. The thesis also includes a dynamic plan and shows the growth of project costs over time by using the „S-curve”.
