Abstract
Cilj diplomskog rada je određivanje ukupne duljine najvjerojatnijeg i očekivanog vremena za izgradnju projekta javne građevine visokogradnje prema definiranoj listi aktivnosti i određivanje vjerojatnosti ostvarenja proračuna. Za vjerojatnije vrijeme načinjena je analiza kritičnog puta i histogram angažirane radne snage. U ovom radu je obrađena Osnovna škola locirana u Istri. Za izradu proračuna duljine trajanja projekta su korištene dvije metode, Metoda kritičnog puta (CPM) i Tehnika ocjene i provjere projekta (PERT). CPM metodom se dobiva najvjerojatnije vrijeme završetka projekta, a PERT metodom očekivano vrijeme. Nakon njihovih izračuna, radi se usporedba i određuje se koje je vrijeme vjerojatnije, te se s tim vremenom ulazi u detaljniju analizu.

The aim of thesis is to determine the total length of the most likely and expected time for the construction project of public building according to the defined list of activities and the probabilities for achieving the estimate. For the most probable duration, the analysis of the critical path and histogram of engaged workforce was made. Thesis was done by using project of primary school located in the Istria, Croatia. For budgeting the duration of the project, two methods were used , Critical path method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). CPM method gives the most likely time for project completion and PERT method gives the expected time. After calculations were done, the methods were compared and determined which is most likely time, and with that time the more detailed analysis was made.
