Abstract
Projektirana zgrada poslovne zgrade nalazi se u sklopu poslovnog kompleksa, smještenog u poslovnoj zoni Gacka, Osijek. Kompleks se sastoji od četiri lamele izlomljene po tri osi pješačkih ulica. Zgrada je smještena u središtu obuhvata te dijeli parcelu i garažu sa susjednom zgradom. Arhitektonski koncept se temelji na kontrastu izrazito dinamičnog urbanizma s pravocrtnim potezima i nategnutim krivuljama u unutrašnjosti zgrade. Izrazito složeni obris zgrade pretvoren je u krivulju drugog reda i multipliciran prema središtu. Zatim zbog problema prevelike dubine središnjeg prostora i manjka svjetlosti je dodana sljedeća krivulja i multiplicirana prema rubovima krakova tvoreći izvijenu, nategnutu mrežu i ostavljajući središnji dio kao galerijski u punoj visini. Sjeverozapadno pročelje na kojem se spajaju dva volumena u potpunosti je ostakljeno i oslobođeno nosivih stupova zbog svoje izrazite urbanističke vrijednosti. Perforirani metalni paneli izostaju na tom pročelju čime dodatno naglašavaju njegovu transparentnost. Zavojito stubište djeluje kao poveznica cijele zgrade te ima snažan vizualan dojam korisnicima zgrade i prolaznicima. Arhitektonsko rješenje preuzima ideju ambijenta ulice iz urbanističkog rješenja, ali ga interpretira na drugačiji način kako bi se izbjegle dugačke, monotone horizontalne i vertikalne komunikacije.
Abstract (english)
The designed office building is located within the business complex, in the business zone Gacka, Osijek. The complex consists of four buildings broken along three axes of pedestrian streets. The building is located in the center of the scope and shares a plot and a garage with anothert building. The architectural concept is based on the contrast of highly dynamic urbanism with straight lines and stretched curves inside the building. The distinctly complex outline of the building is transformed into a second-order curve and multiplied toward the center. Then due to the problem of too much depth of the central space and lack of light the next curve was added and multiplied towards the edges of the arms forming a curved, stretched grid and leaving the central part as a gallery at full height. The north-western facade at which the two volumes meet is completely glazed and free of load-bearing pillars due to its distinct urban value. Perforated metal panels are missing on this facade, which further emphasizes its transparency. The winding staircase acts as a link inside the entire building and has a strong visual impression on users and passers-by. The architectural solution takes the idea of the street ambience from the urban solution, but interprets it in a different way to avoid long, monotonous horizontal and vertical communications.
