Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje definicije i dijelove projekta te postupak upravljanja projektom. Izrađena je strukturna raščlamba projekta WBS i organizacijska struktura OBS te su obje međusobno povezane logičkim slijedom. U radu je izrađen i dinamički plan izgradnje (gantogram skupa sa prikazom liste aktivnosti radova) na primjeru izgradnje Zelene ulice u Briješću, skupa sa S-krivuljom koja prati kretanje troškova u vremenu (po danima).
Abstract (english)
This work presents the definition and parts of the project also the process of project management. It is describing how the work breakdown structure (WBS), and organizational breakdown structure (OBS) are made and both linked in logical order. The work presents creating a Dynamic plan (Gantt chart together with a list of activities ) on the example of building Zelena ulica in Briješće , along with S-curve that follows the movement of the cost in time ( by day )
