Abstract
Poslovna zona Gacka smještena je u južnom dijelu grada Osijeka u blizini južne obilaznice i ulice kneza Trpimira. Parcela je omeđena na zapadnoj strani novoplaniranom ulicom te se s iste pristupa poslovnom kompleksu. Poslovna zgrada dinamičnog interijera i eksterijera oblikovana je na način da je u šest različitih kubusa smješteno šest odjela poslovne zgrade. Kubusi su postavljeni u mrežu stupova i greda na rasteru 6.60m u x,y i z osi - oni su različitih visina, dimenzija ali i boja. Komunikacija se izvodi putem jezgre koje su smještene obodno na dva nasuprotna pročelja te preko mostova koji imaju kružnu vezu na svim etažama. Mostovi prodiru kroz kubuse te se na taj način kretanjem po njima prolaze različiti ambijenti prostora. Krovovi nižih kubusa koriste se za sastanke, druženja, prezentacije... Neki od kubusa izlaze iz gabarita konstrukcije te su na tim mjestima pročelja ostakljena i zaštićena brisolejima od sunca. Prožimanje različitih visina, iz punog u prazno, iz betona u staklo izaziva bombardiranje podržajima na koje se ne može ostati ravnodušan - ova poslovna zgrada budi iz klasične svakodnevnice te nas tjera da reagiramo na nju.
Abstract (english)
Business zone Gacka is located in the southern part of the Osijek city in the vicinity of southern bypass and street of kneza Trpimira. The parcel is bordered on the west side by a newly planned street and from the same street is access to the business complex. The office building with a dynamic interior and exterior is designed in such a way that six departments of the office building are located in six different cubes. The cubes are placed in a grid of columns and beams on a grid of 6.60 m in the x, y and z axes - they are different heights, dimensions and colors. Communication is performed through the core, which are located perimeter on two opposite facades and over bridges that have a circular connection on all floors. Bridges penetrate through cubes and in that way different ambiences of space pass through them. The roofs of the lower cubes are used for meetings, gatherings, presentations ... Some of the cubes come out of the dimensions of the structure, and in these places the facades are glazed and protected by sunshades. The permeation of different heights, from full to empty, from concrete to glass causes a bombardment of stimulus that you cannot be indifferent to - this office building awakens from the classic everyday life and makes us react to it.
