Abstract
Idejno rješenje poslovne zgrade dio je urbanstičkog rješena IT parka u Osjeku, u Gackoj ulici, središte južniog dijela Osijeka. Uređenje parka doprinosi novim oblicima interakcije između čovjeka i okoliša okupljajući ljude raznih dobnih skupina. Postavljanjem zgrada na obod parcele stvara se zelena oaza u središtu parcele. Projekt poslovne zgrade odnosi se na lamelu u sjeveroistočnom dijelu parcele te most koji povezuje dvije susjedne zgrade. Zgrada se sastoji od dvije podzemne etaže iskorištene kao garaže te šest nadzemnih etaža s različitim poslovnim, društvenim i rekreacijskim sadržajem. Poslovna zgrada je osmišljena kao stakleni kubus obavijen čeličnom rešetkom rastera. Svaka etaža ima svoje zelene terase te dodatne kubuse koji izlaze iz obujma zgrade te tako tvore zelenu fasadu. Veliko stubište u središtu zgrade proteže se kroz etaže javnog i poslovnog sadržaja dok sadržaji na zadnjoj etaži, imaju pristup s vanjskog stubišta.
Abstract (english)
The conceptual design of the office building is part of the urban design of the IT park in Osijek, in Gacka Street, the center of the southern part of Osijek. The arrangement of the park contributes to new forms of interaction between man and the environment by bringing together people of various ages. Placing buildings on the perimeter of the plot creates a green oasis in the center of the plot. The project of the office building refers to the lamella in the northeastern part of the plot and the bridge that connects the two neighboring buildings. The building consists of two underground floors used as garages and six above-ground floors with different business, social and recreational facilities. The office building is designed as a glass cube wrapped in a steel mesh grid. Each floor has its own green terraces and additional cubes that extend beyond the volume of the building and thus form a green facade. A large staircase in the center of the building extends through the floors of public and business facilities while the facilities on the top floor have access from the external staircase.
