Abstract
Cilj urbanističkog rješenja stvaranje je ''grada u gradu'', kompleks koji bi funkcionirao samostalno. Parter i zelenilo kao centar obuhvata okruženo je kompleksom poslovnih zgrada, hotela i tržnice. Prožimanje zelenila glavna je karakteristika urbanističkog rješenja kao i gradacija izgradnje te stvaranje urbanih površina koje bi se aktivno koristile. Osnovna ideja arhitektonskog oblikovanja poslovne zgrade proizlazi iz samog urbanističkog rješenja. Karakteristični oblici, lomovi i rotacije iz urbanizma nastavljaju se i u enterijeru zgrade, a javljaju se i u obliku rotirane jezgre. Tlocrtna rotacija vidljiva je u enterijeru zgrade, navedeni lomovi i rotacija iz urbanizma omogućavaju dojam dinamičnosti zgrade, lepršavost. Projektiranjem internog stubišta stvorena je direktna veza vanjskog i unutrašnjeg prostora kao bolja poveznica javnog prostora sa objektom. Takvu poveznicu omogućava činjenica da je kompleks poslovnih zgrada međusobno povezan parterom i petljom.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this urban solution is creation of "city inside of a city", a complex which would operate on its own. Ground floor and greenery as the center of coverage is surrounded with complex of office buildings, hotel and market. Permeation of greenery is the main characteristic of this urban solution as well as construction gradation and also creating urban areas that would be actively used. The basic idea of architectural design of an office building derives from the urban solution itself. Characteristic shapes, fractures and rotations from urbanism continue in the interior of the building, and also appear in the form of a rotated core. The ground plan rotation is visible in the interior of the building, the mentioned fractures and the rotation from urbanism provide an impression of the dynamism of the building, the flutter. With the design of internal staircase it is created a direct connection between the external and internal space as a better connection between public space and building. This connection is possible because of the fact that the complex of office buildings is interconnected by a ground floor and a loop.
