Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je proračunati cestovni most malog raspona sa sustavom naknadnog prednapinjanja predgotovljenih T nosača. Sustav prednapinjanja je DYWIDAG 1860S5. Most je raspona 20 metara, a nosivi sustav je prosta greda koja se sastoji od osam pojedinačnih T nosača povezanih u cjelinu pomoću poprečne grede na rubovima nosača, koja se oslanja na upornjak. Tijekom proračuna i preliminarnog dimenzioniranja nosača korištene su važeće norme HRN EN 1990, HRN EN 1991, HRN EN 1992, i HRN EN 1993. Korišteni su računalni programi Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, i Allplan za izradu plana armature. Rad obuhvaća izračun potrebne sile prednapinjanja tri natege u svakom pojedinm T nosaču, u kojima su uzeti u obzir gubitci od prokliznuća klina, opuštanja čelika, skupljanja i puzanja betona. Naprezanja u T nosaču tijekom faze izgradnje i uporabe moraju biti u granicama dopuštenih. Rad sadrži izračun glavnu i konstruktivu nenapete armaturu, te plan i iskaz armature te protokol prednapinjanja natega.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis is to calculate a small span road bridge with a system of subsequent prestressing of prefabricated T girders. The prestressing system is DYWIDAG 1860S5. The bridge spans 20 meters, and the load-bearing system is a simple beam consisting of eight individual T-beams connected in its entirety by means of a transverse beam at the edges of the beams, which rests on a abutment. During the calculation and preliminary dimensions of the girders, the valid standards HRN EN 1990, HRN EN 1991, HRN EN 1992, and HRN EN 1993 were used. Computer programs Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, and Allplan were used to create the reinforcement plan. The work includes the calculation of the required prestressing force of three tensions in each individual T-girder, in which the losses from wedge slip, steel relaxation, shrinkage and creep of concrete are taken into account. The stresses in the T-beam during the construction and use phase must be within the permissible limits. The paper contains the calculation of the main and unstressed reinforcement structure, as well as the plan and statement of reinforcement and the tension prestressing protocol.
