Abstract
Cijeli projekt gradira visinski od smjera zapada prema istoku u cilju isticanja novih gradskih struktura i stvaranja specifične i za sad netipične gradske siluete Osijeka. Modeliranje lamele proizašlo je iz više uzročno- posljedičnih veza urbanističkog plana. Prihvaćena je i uklopljena važnost ljudskog kretanja te simbioze poslovne zgrade sa urbanističkim rješenjem.Zgrada živi kao zrcalno postavljeni div koji u ovom smislu ne koegzistira kao običan volumen nego proživljava svaku prvotnu ideju urbanističkog plana.
Abstract (english)
The entire project is graded in height from west to east in order to heighlight new city structures and create a specific and for now atypical city silhouette of Osijek.Lamella odeling resulted from several cause-end-effect relationships of the urban plan.The importance of human movement and the symbiosis of un office building with un urban solution has been accepted and incorporated.
